At MÜHLE India, products are offered and fulfilled in India through our authorized partner URUVELA GROOMING PRIVATE LIMITED. We are committed to providing a smooth, transparent, and reliable shopping experience.

This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Return Eligibility & Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof

Customers must record a clear unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened. This video is required as proof to process any return, replacement, or refund request. Claims without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for approval. Customers should also report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with the order details and supporting images/videos.

 

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. However, you may initiate a return if eligible.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged during delivery
  • Product is defective
  • Product delivered is incorrect

How to Request a Return

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share order details along with clear images/videos as proof

Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • All tags, accessories, and documents must be intact

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used razors, shaving brushes, and grooming tools
  • Opened or used personal care products

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refund Mode

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer

Replacement

If the product is defective or incorrect:

  • Replacement may be offered (subject to availability)
  • Or a full refund will be issued

Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
